This project carried personal significance, as the homeowner was a former high school teacher of founder Miles Dolan and site foreman Ellie Jordan. After purchasing his new home, he entrusted our team to reimagine the landscape and restore order to an overgrown property.
We reclaimed several hundred square feet of usable lawn by removing mature, uncontrolled shrubbery and correcting elevation changes through the construction of a structurally sound timber retaining wall. A custom privacy screen finished with ground cover was installed to create separation and visual balance.
Throughout the property, we introduced thoughtfully selected perennials and shrubs to provide structure and seasonal interest. To ensure long-term performance, we also installed new sump pump discharge and stormwater drainage lines, delivering both aesthetic refinement and functional reliability.
